Roystonea regia (Royal Palm) Throw Pillow

Description

This beautiful throw pillow features the Roystonea regia, or Royal Palm, entry in my “Trees on White” series.  The most unique feature of Royal Palms tends to be their superlative height and trunk girth. However, they do tend to have some pretty awesome vines that grow on them, too (despite how smooth their trunks initially look). I couldn’t help but feature this as an example. This beautiful vine reminds me of a strobe photograph of two butterflies flirting and playing, diverging and meeting back together at the present moment. Unfortunately, it’s a “cat’s claw” fine, which are quite invasive. While this saddens me, it does give a sinister feel to the photograph, which I kind of like!

The pillow measures 16″ x 16″.  The case is zipperless, and made of high quality Simplex knit fabric, meaning it is 100% polyester and wrinkle-free.  The manufacturing of the pillow is performed by Zazzle, who will ship the pillow directly to you.
